Lonicera utahensis - Utah Honeysuckle, Red Twinberry, and Fly Honeysuckle. This native honeysuckle is found in the mountains of 8 western states and western Canada, up to the treeline. It is a perennial shrub growing up to about 6 feet high, blooming in late spring to early summer.

Lonicera utahensis blossoms are white to pale yellow, frequently aging to have a pinkish hue. They hang in a pair beneath the green leaves. A pair of red berries will develop, a much brighter red than those of the somewhat similar Lonicera involucrata.

The leaves of Utah Honeysuckle are oblong to lanceolate, and appear to be mostly opposite.
